Training Series for Promotoras
Promotoras Transforming Families and Communities (PTFC) Training
Vision y Compromiso invites you to join the National Promotora and Community Leaders Movement in Rhode Island.
This in-person training will be in the city of Central Falls, Rhode Island. We invite you register to attend this 48-hour interactive training divided into 6 sessions. You will learn how to carry out your role as a promotora and community leader more effectively.
Some of the topics include:
- Communication techniques to improve dialogue and mutual understanding.
- Facilitation and leadership of groups to create positive dynamics in the community.
- Adult learning styles and practice in popular education.
- Inspiration for active participation in the community.
- And more!
