Promotoras Transforming Families and Communities (PTFC) Training
Vision y Compromiso invites you to join the National Promotora and Community Leaders Movement for a virtual training
We invite promotoras OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA* to attend this 45-hour VIRTUAL interactive training, divided into 9 sessions, participants will strengthen their skills and knowledge to more effectively carry out their role as community promotoras.
Some of the topics include:
- Communication techniques to improve dialogue and mutual understanding.
- Facilitation and leadership of groups to create positive dynamics in the community.
- Adult learning styles and practice in popular education.
- Inspiration for active participation in the community.
- And more!

Each Tuesday starting July 1 and ending on August 26.
Attendance at all 9 sessions is required to receive your certificate.
This training will be in SPANISH.
* In California, we have scheduled various in-person and virtual training sessions.
