Vision and Commitment invites young people ages 13 to 21 from Fremont and Alameda County to participate in educational sessions for the well-being of Hispanic youth.

Understanding the migration process and how to adapt to the education system.
Learn about mental health in young peoplevenes
Recognizing emotional challenges and reducing mental health stigma.
Defend the rights of undocumented immigrants and refugees.
Reduce stress and promote emotional well-being.
